Mercedes's beginner skills are mastered states from the first.

1. Ishtar's ring Skill Build

(Recommend for Max level user, dojo-ing & Dungeon)
(I think this skill build is standard. 
It's extreme damage type.)

1st Job Skill

You need 5 points on speed dual shot for Ishtar's ring.

If you don't put 1 point on acrobatic jump, you need riding pet.

2nd Job Skill

Master charge drive and final shot for Ishtar's ring.

Final attack skill for increasing skill damage. It's useful for dojo-ing.

2nd job buff skill is better than 3rd job buff skill. So, master spirit infusion skill.

3rd Job Skill

You need 20 points on strike dual shot for Ishtar's ring.

You can choose mastering strike dual shot or physical training.

4th Job Skill

Dual bowgun expert, defense break and advanced final attack skills are important for high damage.

Advanced strike dual shot is last precede skill for Ishtar's ring.

Ancient spirit is also important buff skill.
